Spicy Chili Crisp Breakfast Egg Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Asian Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Margarine/Butter
  • 3-5 Rocket/ baby spinach for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add a spoonful of our Asian Chili Crisp Oil to a hot pan
  2. Toast a slice of sourdough and spread with butter or margarine
  3. Fry an egg in the chili oil until cooked to your liking
  4. Layer with fresh rocket or baby spinach
  5. Finish with an extra drizzle of Asian Chili Crisp Oil for that bold, crunchy kick
