Biltong-Style Braaied Steak Rolls recipe
Smoky, savoury, and bursting with bold South African-inspired flavour – this isn’t just a roll, it’s a braai-time masterpiece.
The juicy steak, marinated in our signature Biltong Style Marinade, soaks up deep notes with hints of coriander and spice, giving every bite that unmistakable biltong-inspired taste. Grilled over open flames, it picks up a charred edge that takes it to the next level.
Layered on a soft roll and finished with our creamy Biltong Style Mayo, this combo is rich, tangy, and beautifully balanced. The mayo adds a smooth, umami-loaded contrast to the bold steak, while a handful of fresh rocket brings in a peppery crunch and brightness that cuts through the richness.
It’s a delicious clash of comfort and complexity – the kind of thing you whip up when you want to impress, or just treat yourself to something special. Think smoky, hearty steakhouse vibes with a proudly local twist.
